Kate White: Helping you take your first Small Steps, to your big stage debut
Kate, Principal and owner of Small Steps, is an NATD qualified dance teacher with years of experience teaching dance, and musical theatre. She fosters a love for performance in every student, from their very first plié to progressing to pointe work. Witnessing their confidence blossom is her greatest reward.
April Caplin: The Centre of the Small Steps Drama stage.
April has been performing on stage since a very young age. And brings that wealth of experience and knowledge to her classes. Teaching with a generous and patient nature but also allows her students to thrive in a compassionate and empathetic environment.
April’s favourite things to do in class are comedy scenes from Shakespeare plays and singing musical songs with her singing students.
William Thomas - White: The voice behind little voices
Our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and Special Educational Needs (SEN) lead. His favourite part? Watching students unlock potential and find their voice on stage.
